      Regenerating mPin process is bit slow and it will take some time to make it. If not happened yet, please contact the customer care details provided and register a complaint about it.

      Please contact the customer care numbers and Email ID Provided, they will assist you to generate new mPin. Or else reinstall your app and try it for once and dont submit your request more than once because it will generate mpin with a time span.

  2. Hi, after exceeding maximum number of trials, my account got blocked. It is not able to regenerate the mPIN after that and displaying msg like ” mPIN resent window is closed, please try again after 11 hours”.. If I do try after that it just resets back to 24 hrs. I am not able to reach out to any customer care executive of airtel payments bank as every other person says they don’t deal with this issue. I have been facing this issue from 10 days now. Please help.

      Please confirm that you have balance in wallet or account. Make sure before transaction or else file a complaint through the provided details.

      You need to change your default mPIN before making any transaction. Go to the ‘my account’ section in Airtel Money menu to change the mPIN. If u have made any transactions before changing mPIN, then call Airtel Money Customer Care Number provided above and report your issue with your authentication information.
